About Bevan

20 years in the corporate machine. Now I help leaders escape it.

I spent 20 years in Digital Software development running skunkworks Product Management teams — given the unusual freedom to break corporate rules. These experiments were game changers. Companywide Agile transformations at JLR (3,000 engineers), Kingfisher, and PortSwigger followed.

I've seen first-hand that business problems are human problems. Every delivery failure, culture issue and strategic miss I encountered had a human at its origin. And every turnaround started with one too.
